McBeath Property is the trading name of McBeath Beanland Limited one of the "3 horse stable" of companies run by Andrew McBeath, a chartered surveyor with 20 years experience.
The horse analogy is not misplaced when you think that McBeath Property's office is based in the market town of Malton, a town steeped in horse racing history and culture.
Malton is also the administrative centre of Ryedale, a beautiful pocket of North Yorkshire which includes and is surrounded by a diverse mix of spectacular scenery and architecture; The Yorkshire Wolds, The North York Moors, The Heritage Coast and The Howardian Hills all contribute to the areas unique environment.
